Requirements
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python or C++ (Perl is a plus but not required).

Key Responsibilities
Agent Network Development & Management
- Recruit and onboard high-performing independent sales agents across country.

- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in sales enablement, including developing playbooks, training materials, and incentive programs.
